 Parental Consent A parental consent form is a must for a student to participate in this type of project. Physical labor is provided by the students and injury is a possibility, however unlikely. The parents must also give their permission for the students picture to be published if this possibility occurs. A parental consent form will be included with the packet of infomation you will receive once your application has been received and approved. |
